1. The approval of the minutes of the meeting held on 10th October 2011.

a. Precept for 2012/13. Clerk will prduce figures, if time permits. If not, for next meeting.

b. Clerk has booked to attend a course on HMRC PAYE rules organised by WALC on 16th November2011 in Devizes. This is important, but as I could not obtain Parish Council approval for the cost within the time-scale required for notification, I have paid by personal cheque and request approval and reimbursement.

5. Donation from Big Gig. To acknowledge very generous donation to road safety improvement fund from Big Gig Committee.
