The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Monday 9th May 2011 in the Village Hall at 19.30 hrs. The agenda will be:

1. The election of a Chairman for the coming year.

2, The approval of the minutes of the meeting held on 13th April 2011

3. The election of other officers, as required.

4. Clerk.

a. Re-appointment of Clerk, increase of working hous to 8 per month, approval of contract and confirmation of salary scale.

b. Consideration of annual expenses to be paid to Clerk to cover use of heating and lighting at home, broadband, computor, and printer.

c. Confirmation of payment of 5p per copy for prnting and photocopying. 

5. Parish Plan

The plan will be discussed. Following a review of any amendments to the Parish Plan at the request of the Parish Council, a named vote will be taken on the adoption of the plan.
