5. Neighbourhood Plan. Proposal by Chairman that:

a. A public meeting be called on Monday 13th January 2012 to discuss Neighbourhood Plan Proposals, to include:

 i Whether to opt in or out.

ii Whether significant development is acceptable to residents of Broad Town.
