The Annual Parish Meeting will be held on Monday 12th April 2010 in the Village Hall at 19.30 hrs. This will be follwoed by the regular monthly meeting of the Parish Council.

1. The approval of the minutes of the meeting held on 8th March 2010. Matters arising.

Planning

2. To note amendment to 00021/FUL. Tanera, Broad Town Road.

Finance

3. To receive financial report from the Clerk.

4. To approve cheque, payable to Clerk, for Petty Cash, £25

5. To note invoice paid to Sodexho, £172.83, for grass cutting, Redhills

Insurance

6. To consider Council Liability Insurance, due 1st June 2010. Decision to be made at the May meeting at the latest.
