2. To note approval of:

            a. 01547. 61 Hill View, Broad Town Road. Garage.

             b. 01092. Idovers, Broad Town Road. New dwelling in lieu of Commenced Dwelling.

3. To consider retrospective applications 01833/S73A and 01834/S73A. 5 Ham Cottages. Retention of two storey side extension and change of use of part of garden from equestrian to domestic garden, and retention of detached garage with self contained annex over, and external staircase.

Finance

4. To note new, backdated, pay scale for Clerk (An extra 0.37 p per month)

5. To note dates for submission of precept for 2010/11
