Casual Elections.

2. To consider a proposal by Cllr Stubbings that Marcus Williams be invited to join the Council a a co-opted member.

3. To note that the procedure for a casual election to replace Cllr Harris is ongoing. Notices have been placed on the Notice Board and website. The date for determining whether or not there will be an election is 5th March 2009.

Planning.

4. To note amendments to 08/02819/FUL, 02820/FUL and 02825/FUL. Manor Farm.

5. To note approval of 08/02819/FUL,  Manor farm. Diversion of Use to include Equestrian Business etc, and 02820/FUL. Alterations to Farmhouse etc.

6. To approve a cheque for Clerk's salary and expenses for Dec-Mar.
